Our Recruitment Process

We prepare separate plan for every new client for the recruitment and deputation of the security personnel’s within the premises of the client, as we endeavour to depute some of our existing Security Officer’s, Supervisor’s and Guards who they are working with us for the last so many years and are so much reliable, trained by us or by their past experience and are enough efficient, they can manage the things as per the requirement and instructions of the client as well as ours. And as far as the new recruitment is concern. M.K.G. Security conducts a complete investigation of previous employment before their recruitment.

Applicant records always checked for tardiness, absenteeism, conduct, job performance and reason for separation from previous employer, before we put single security personnel at the premises of the client and also references are compulsory to be checked. Written transcripts of calls to be reviewed and are kept as a part of the employee's personal record for further reference.

Records of the new employees are always independently verified to insure against falsification. All guards must be free of felonies and misdemeanor convictions related to crimes of moral turpitude. All applicants must have valid personnel identification and should maintain their identities (apart from identity cards which to be issued by us) in good standing. We always check their previous employment and professional references for the last 5 years.

We also require a minimum of three Personal References from non-relatives. All personnel are required to complete the Employment Eligibility Form which is required by us as well as Police Verification Form required by the concern police station for verification purpose. All applicants must understand, read, speak and write Hindi, English and may be some other language if required, intelligibly. In addition, all applicants are to be tested for literacy.

Training for Security Guard

We endevour to depute every Security Personnel who has been either trained by us or have already experience of the working for security and after hiring the very best applicants; it only makes sense to complete the process by turning them into the very best security officers/Supervisor or Security Guards.

The Management of M.K.G. SECURITY have initiated and been instrumental in setting up extensive training programs. Every office abides by the state laws and provides the required training. However, we go beyond the state training programs and make the extra effort to insure that our officers/guards are thoroughly trained in every field required by our client i.e., report writing, communications, legal limitations, controversial situations, client expectations, appearance, conduct, company rules and on-site procedures and as far as the new client is concern we no doubt applied the same procedure.
It is no doubt expensive and time consuming to train officers/guards but we wouldn't have it any other way. As professionals are concerned about our reputation on each and every job. Training is a major factor required to give our clients unmatched service.

Training Center

Classroom training is only as good as the instructors teaching. We have some of the most experienced instructors in the business. Our student to instructor ratio means every candidate gets the attention they need to fully comprehend and retain covered material. We have separate training center for our new employees

to get trained by our instructors and some time we require additional sessions to cover information and materials that make some of the best-prepared guards in the industry

Uniform/Dress Code

Deep blue trousers and dark sky light shirts represent the uniform dress code for our security guards. We provide our guards with all the uniforms and accessories thy need on the job including black shoes, brown belt made of pure calf leather, a whistle and a strong baton of black color which can be used in case of emergencies.

Terms And Conditions

Please note that our calculations are based on the latest minimum wages as stipulated by the ministry of industry and labor, Delhi and U.P governments. If any revision of these wages scale occurs during the period of the contract by the govt. our charges shall be revised accordingly.

Transition/Deputation Process

We view the Transition/Deputation Process as a crucial element in providing security. Whether transitioning from one company to another or starting new one, we work with you from the beginning to ensure a smooth and professional transition. When our services are engaged, the first thing we do is to build a transition team. We build that team around a member of our excellent Staff, selecting the Security Officer that has the best knowledge and skills for new premises. Our Security Officer meets with the authorities to clarify exact details of our client security plan. The Security Officer will walk your site; take digital photographs of key locations, items, and personnel (with your permission). Equipped with this information he will develop security team and a set of custom post orders for the premises. With a clear skill set having been identified, the Personnel Department begins locating primary and secondary officers whose skill sets match the requirements on new account. Those officers will then be pre-trained on your location of the premises, along with our Rover and Field Supervision Teams. Before we begin service on new site all Officers cleared to work and trained on the specific needs and requirements of your location.

Upon assuming responsibility for security duties at new location, our team of Security Officers, Supervisor’s and Guards will be on hand to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.

We place an operation Manager within the premises of new client (if required), leading our transition team in your immediate area to perform officer procurement and assessment. We build a team from our experienced team of Security Managers to perform all the necessary requirements for client’s location providing orientation and training where necessary. We utilize every resource available to our organization to ensure that you have the correct officers in place to provide you with the highest quality security Guarding Services.
